The vest again

I'm still trying to figure out if this vest is cool or not. So I'm wearing it again. We are off to the fair on a drizzly day. I was gonna wear jeans but...I wore jeans yesterday!

Sweater vest ~ JCP $17
Leggings ~ Marshalls $6
Black belt ~ JCP $3
Leopard flats ~ Target $5
Hoops ~ I forget from where and for how much, probably Macy's on their clearance rack

    I like the vest, but maybe it would look awesome with just the black leggings or jeans.
