I also don't think the outfit is boring. I love the pattern on the skirt and think too much colour might make it look gawdy instead of the chic style you've created!
I have a hard time ever thinking that black is boring...especially not with this outfit. I am new to your blog and I am so inspired to give my clothing much more thought.
