  1. They should wear their boyfriend cardigans over a long, tunic length crisp white collared shirt (like this one here: http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=5438&vid=1&pid=730385&scid=730385002 or this: http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=5441&vid=1&pid=730410&scid=730410002) with some black leggings or black skinny jeans and knee high boots. Oh, and maybe a chunky belt thrown on too :) That's a look that I would love to wear!

  2. As an extroardinarily tall/long torsoed woman (not unlike the SuperModelquins), I make a point of incorporating boyfriend cardigans into my daily wardrobe- for casual errands, I'll throw on a brightly colored long cardigan over a camisole with leggings, a long necklace and high boots. I could also extend the wear of my summer strapless/spaghetti strap dresses by belting these long cardigans with a wide belt.

  3. Hmm... A bright colored cami/layering tee, underneath the black boyfriend cargigan, with comfy jeans... at least that's how I might wear it. :-)

I think you have my email...

  4. I love boyfriend cardigans over graphic tees with dark skinny jeans and ballet flats. Throw on a shorter faux leather jacket like this

to toughen up a sweet look. Easy, stylish, and comfy!

  5. I love dresses, so I think they should wear the purple boyfriend cardigan over the lemon origami-pleat shift dress. Add a fun patterned scarf and a cute pair of ballet flats and it is the perfect outfit for spring!

    Here is the dress:

and here are some scarves that would look cute with it:

  6. Super cute, I love cardigans! I think incorporating this season's ruffles into the mix would be a fabulous addition to this cardigan. I'd wear a white button down shirt with a ruffle neckline to add a bit of femininity to the "boyfriend" cardigan. Add a cute skinny belt, straight leg or skinny jeans, and some comfy ballet flats, and its a great weekend look! - Cassie

  7. I love the look of a boyfriend cardi over a soft, feminine floaty dress. Add a belt, and either ballet flats or tights & boots (depending on the weather).

  8. For a causal Friday look (like I am wearing today) they should wear it layered over a simple tee (any color, but white in this case) They cardi is kept open with a colorful scarf tied around the waist as a belt. The cari has a forgiving cut so slimmer jeans would look best.

  9. The new colors of the boyfriend cardis are so refreshing in this dreadful dead of winter. I would pair a brightly colored one right now with a white t, skinny jeans, boots and a belt. Once spring comes around I'd love it in a more muted color with one of the longer jean skirts and a tank or cami in a bright or bold print.

  10. Oh, boyfriend cardigans!

I think the best look for a boyfriend cardigan is to pair up with a complimentary colored lace-neck cami, and some sharp narrow-wale bootcut cords. If you wear a pair of lady loafers (it's always nice to wear bright purple or yellow ones) and carry a cute purse on one arm and a cute boy on the other, it works even better.
I'd wear it with either a small scarf tied around the neck for a late lunch, or for evening out for a casual dinner - a sparkly necklace, simple hoop earrings and a chunky bracelet, and a skinny belt - and switch up the loafers for low-heeled sandals.

  14. I think the should wear the cardigans open with a chunky belt with a simply long necklace. Also a funky colored tank top to pull in the spring weather that will hopefully be coming soon!

  15. I say keep it simple by adding wearing a cute plain...basic colored loose tank under your bright long cardi (tucked in)faded boyfriend (rolled up) jeans. add a cute thin or medium sized belt to the jeans and top it off with cute nude colored heels of your choice. Add a cute bright or nude colored clutch and a bold necklace (maybe links or a bold pendant).

  19. my new fave look: crisp, pinstriped button up with graphic/concert t-shirt worn over it as a vest. pull it all together with bright cardi as final layering piece. finish the look with black cigarette pants and sky high heels. librarian meets rocker.

the cardigan (a bright color!) worn open, slim fitting jeans, simple white tank, long necklace, a big belt, cute patterned flats. it's simple but would look so cute and put together!

  21. Oh to be a supermodelquin! They could wear the boyfriend cardigan with a pair of baggy tweed shorts, tights under, in the winter of course, and a nice cami underneath. This look could be paired with either ballet flats or a calf length boot. Layer a jean jacket or even leather on top - so cute!!!

  23. They should wear it knotted over there shoulders with comfy but chic dark khakis and a cute tee. That way they can say they are "Super Mom". And the cardigan will flow out like a cape when they have to swoop in to kiss a bruised knee, try and prevent a spill from happening, or to give a kiss good night.

At least that is what I pretend when I wear my cardigan that way.
