The office dress code requires sleeves and collars. Women can wear a collarless shirt or dress so long as a collared jacket is worn over it. This stone blazer was the perfect solution for adding collars and sleeves--lightweight and perfect for summer's A/C.

I thrifted a black & stone skirt with the same pattern, also made by Banana Republic. I've been pairing the skirt with black but having a stone colored blazer (or cardigan) is a great option! I also like how you belted the dress with tan, bringing in yet another neutral.

Marnie, my children stayed with my mother-in-law. I only worked three days though. I hope you can find great child care!
