It's 91 degrees out, bright and sunny, and humid on top of that. It's hot out. We're going to the fair late this afternoon to look at all the entries and sample some fair food. I figured the best thing to wear for the occasion is a billowy dress with plenty of stomach room for eating, and bare shoulders to endure the heat.Dress - Free People (thrifted) - $5
