1 Week Postpartum

 And an unfortunately blurry picture of my pale pink porcelain earrings . . .

It's been such a special week having my Mom here, my husband at home, and my new sweet baby to cuddle with. Each day her little face changes and each day I feel stronger and stronger. I'm still rocking the baby belly, but I am still proud of it. It will go down in time, and in the meantime it is a gentle reminder of where my body was at only a week ago.

 

New baby smells are the absolute sweetest. I just can't get enough of my little newborn and am so happy to have her in my arms. Oh, and am I glowing? If not, I should be. I feel that good.
