Wishful Thinking

I wore this earlier in the week when it was 87 degrees. I guess it was wishful thinking to assume it would last. We got down to the thirties again today.

It's been a happy week. Having a new baby in the family (born on Mother's Day) has brightened everything. That, and this is our second to last week of school if we stay on schedule. Thinking about the summer off makes me jittery excited. Not to mention baseball season starts for my son tomorrow and we have exciting events starting this weekend and lasting every weekend for the next month and a half now.

Capri and I wore our fluorescents on the same day so she joined me for the photo shoot. Staring at a camera on a tripod didn't coax any smiles out of her, but she looks cute anyhow which means I plan to overload this post here at the bottom with virtually the same photo of her over and over again (proud mamma).
